Delete your TrackTasks account

You can initiate account deletion from TrackTasks on the web, Android or iOS. Sign in, open Settings on Android or iOS, or Settings and data on the web, and select Request account deletion.

  1. Sign in using the account you want deleted.
  2. Open Settings on mobile, or Settings and data on the web.
  3. Request deletion and confirm the warning.
  4. If you are a protected super administrator, transfer access first so your business is not locked out.

What happens after the request?

We verify identity and protected ownership roles, remove or anonymise personal account information, and retain only records required for security, tax, dispute, or other legal obligations. Encrypted backups expire through their normal rotation. Contact support to ask about cancelling a request before processing begins.
