Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These terms govern access to TrackTasks, a business task management service operated by Ctrl Plus Marketing LLP, India. By creating an organization, accepting an invitation or using the service, you agree to these terms on your own behalf or for the organization you represent.
2. Accounts and administrators
You must provide accurate information and protect your account. Super administrators control workspace access and content. Billing administrators can view entities, seats, subscriptions and billing information but cannot access workspace tasks or files. An organization must maintain at least two super administrators and use the protected ownership process for changes.
3. Acceptable use
You may use TrackTasks for lawful business purposes. You must not misuse the service, bypass access controls, probe other customers’ data, upload malicious material, interfere with service operation, or use TrackTasks to violate another person’s rights or applicable law.
4. Customer content
You retain ownership of content submitted to your workspaces. You give us the limited permission needed to host, process, transmit, back up and display that content to provide and protect TrackTasks. You are responsible for the content, permissions and notices required for your users and data subjects.
5. Plans, seats and taxes
Subscriptions are purchased per workspace. Published plan prices are before applicable taxes. Seats used by super administrators, workspace administrators and ordinary workspace users count toward that workspace’s allowance. Billing administrator access alone does not consume a seat. Current prices and plan limits shown during purchase form part of these terms.
6. Payment and renewal
Paid subscriptions renew for the selected billing period unless cancelled before renewal. Additional seats are billed according to the selected plan. Failed or overdue payments may lead to restricted access or suspension after reasonable notice. Payment processing may be provided by a third-party payment provider.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep TrackTasks available and secure, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. We may maintain, improve or change the service. We will give reasonable notice of material changes that reduce core paid functionality where practical.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using TrackTasks and cancel according to your subscription controls. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, security risk, unlawful use or non-payment. Where feasible, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.
9. Data export and deletion
Super administrators can export workspace business records using available export tools. Following termination, deletion requests are handled subject to security checks, backup rotation and legal retention requirements.
10. Confidentiality
Each party must protect the other party’s confidential information using reasonable care and use it only to perform obligations or exercise rights under these terms.
11. Warranties and liability
TrackTasks is provided with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties are excluded. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Ctrl Plus’s aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the fees paid for the affected service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law does not permit that limit.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with jurisdiction over the registered office of Ctrl Plus Marketing LLP will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights under applicable law.
